All sales are final.

Once we begin fulfilment on an order, we are unable to make changes (size, color, cancellation, exchange). To be eligible for a return, you must have received an incorrect product or size, or a defective item. 

In the event that you have received a returnable item, kindly notify us, with a description of the issue and a photograph, within 48 hours of receipt. You must return the product to us in the same condition that you received it; unworn, unused, and unsoiled; with tags; and in its original packaging. Delivery fees for parcels shipped back to our premises will be borne by you. Kindly use a trackable shipping service of your choice and keep the tracking number for your records. The Petal Archive cannot be held responsible for any lost packages we do not ship. Lost parcels will not be eligible for exchange or return. 

Products that are returned are subject to evaluation and will not qualify for a refund or exchange if they do not meet the required conditions. Once we have received your product, we will either proceed with a refund (processed within 7 to 14 days) of the corresponding amount to your original payment method used at purchase or send you the correct item(s), free of charge.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
